I've designed and built stage pieces for Dell'Arte International for over a decade. At times it's a prop or two for student productions; other times it's the entire set for Company shows. I've been their theatrical student and facilities manager, as well.
I also have had a long standing relationship with these folks, as their charge scenic artist for almost 15 years. The nutcracker was always renewing itself, adding pieces every year. Their summer shows varied immensely. Here are some favorites
